Agreement to These Terms
ZKAcademy (zkacademy.net) is run by Khireddine Zeghilet. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or buying any product on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Your Account
You need an account to access courses. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account. Please use a real name and a working email address.
Each account is for one person only. Accounts may be limited to one active device at a time, and sharing an account or login details is not allowed.

Course Access and License
When you enroll, you get a personal, non-transferable license to watch the lessons and use the course files for as long as the course is offered on ZKAcademy.
You may use what you learn, and the practice files, in your own personal and client projects. You may not resell, share, upload, record or redistribute the videos, 3ds Max scenes, textures or any other course material, in full or in part.
One purchase equals one student. If a team needs access, contact us for a team license.

Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Paddle and PayPal. ZKAcademy never sees or stores your full card details. Depending on your country, VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout.
Discount codes are personal, have limited uses and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refunds
Because course access is digital and immediate, refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Technical problems and duplicate payments are always reviewed.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Create fake or multiple accounts, or register with someone else email address
- Share your account, download links or course files with others
- Try to bypass payments, copy protection or access limits
- Scrape, attack or overload the website, or upload harmful code
- Post spam or abusive content in comments or forms
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Intellectual Property
All videos, text, images, project files, logos and branding on ZKAcademy belong to Khireddine Zeghilet and ZKAcademy, unless stated otherwise. Third-party assets included in lessons remain under their own licenses. 3ds Max, V-Ray and other software names are trademarks of their owners, and their licenses are not included with the course.

Disclaimer and Liability
Courses are educational. Your results depend on your practice, hardware and software versions, so we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, income or jobs. You need your own licensed copies of 3ds Max and V-Ray to follow the lessons.
The website and courses are provided as they are. To the extent allowed by law, the total liability of ZKAcademy for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
