All products sold on ZKAcademy.net are digital and non-tangible, including:

• Online video tutorials
• Downloadable project files (e.g., DWG, 3ds Max files, textures)
• Course access or digital toolkits

Because of the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or returns for any digital products.

If you experience technical issues—such as broken files, download errors, or access problems—please email us within 7 days of purchase at contact@zkacademy.net, and we’ll work quickly to fix the problem.
